At Acceronix Enterprise, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders. Please read our shipping terms carefully:

• At present, we only deliver within Northeast India: Please note that shipping is restricted to addresses within the Northeast India region. Orders from other locations will not be processed at this time.

• Free Delivery within Guwahati: We offer free delivery within Guwahati city limits for all orders.

• Outside Guwahati: Orders outside Guwahati are not eligible for free delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated and will be relayed same with customer when order is confirmed.

• Default Pickup Location: By default, orders are to be collected from our Guwahati office at Rukmini Gaon unless doorstep delivery has been arranged.

• Shipping Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping status update once the product is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

• Third-Party Logistics: Some deliveries may be handled via third-party courier services depending on the destination and product.

• No International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

• Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
